We currently only ship items within the continental U.S. If for some reason you purchase an item then realize we don't ship to your location we will gladly issue you a full refund. You can get in touch with our support team at: email@example.com
We also offer full refunds for any goods damaged during shipping. We inspect and photograph every item that leaves the warehouse to ensure it is in brand new condition and packed accordingly. If you receive a damaged item let us know by contacting our support team at: firstname.lastname@example.org
It doesn't happen often, but If for some reason we shipped you a different item/items than what you ordered we will also offer you a full refund or exchange the item for the one you ordered.
Return shipping label
If your returning an item because it was damaged or you received the incorrect item by mistake we will provide you with a return shipping label via email.
Ordered an item and just don't like it? We offer customers a 14 day window to start the return / item exchange process.
NOTE: If a customer is returning/ exchanging an item that has not been damaged or incorrectly sent, the customer will be liable for the return shipping cost of the returned item.
WHEN ARE REFUNDS ISSUED:
We issue refunds once the damaged or incorrectly sent item is received back at our warehouse facility. Once we receive the returned item we will issue your refund within 2-3 business days.
If your requesting a refund because you need to cancel your order due to not living in the continental U.S. we will process your refund back to you 2-3 business days upon you notifying us.
